1 Who We Are
BowlingBallShipping.com is powered by Backhaul Direct, LLC, using Grapevine� TMS technology to manage logistics operations and ensure secure transit of your sports equipment.
2 Service Overview
BBS provides specialized shipping solutions tailored for bowling equipment, including the provision of packaging materials, digital shipping labels, and transit insurance options.
3 Packaging & Shipment Responsibility
Users bear 100% responsibility for ensuring that shipment dimensions and weights provided at the time of booking are accurate. All users must strictly follow the provided packaging instructions to prevent damage.
Penalty Notice: A $10 penalty fee will be automatically applied for any misrepresentation of weight or dimensions that leads to carrier adjustments.
4 Insurance & Claims
Every shipment includes a standard $100 coverage. Users may select higher coverage tiers during checkout:

Claim Window: All insurance claims must be filed within a strict 7-day window following the delivered date or the scheduled delivery date in case of loss.
5 Delivery Timing
While we strive for precision, delivery dates are estimates and BBS offers no guarantees. To ensure your gear arrives for a competition, we strongly recommend shipping at least 8 business days prior to your required arrival date.
6 Returns After Events
For return shipments following tournaments or events, the user is solely responsible for packaging the equipment and dropping it off at the designated carrier location.
7 Credit Card Authorization
By booking a shipment, you provide BBS with authorization to charge your card for any necessary adjustments, penalties (including the $10 misrepresentation fee), and additional service fees incurred during transit.
8 Data Collection & Use
We collect data for customer service excellence, marketing communications, and logistics analytics. We may share data with vetted partners to facilitate shipping services and improve user experience.
9 Acceptable Use
The platform is exclusively for shipping bowling equipment. We strictly prohibit the shipment of non-bowling gear, fake weight materials, or any activity that interferes with our technical systems or carrier networks.
10 Legal Stuff
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. Any legal proceedings related to these terms shall be conducted in Marion County, Indiana.
