What constitutes "damage" for a bowling ball?

Coverage includes surface cracks exceeding 2mm, deep gouges that penetrate the coverstock, and structural delamination. Scuff marks that can be buffed out are typically not covered under Standard plans.

How long do I have to file a claim?

Standard and Pro plans allow for 7 business days post-delivery. Bulk Fleet accounts may have extended windows up to 30 days depending on the specific service agreement.

Does insurance cover international?

Yes, ShipDeez provides end-to-end global coverage, though certain high-risk corridors may require a "Global Rider" add-on at checkout.

Can I add insurance after shipping?

No. Insurance must be bound at the time of label creation or manifest finalization. We cannot add coverage to items already in the carrier's possession.
